Organic Sencha Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) is a high grade green tea from the Jiangxi province of China, famous for its green teas. Organic Jasmine Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) is a high grade tea from the Jiangxi province of China. China is the cradle of teas, supplying today one of the best green teas worldwide. Jasmine tea is high in flavonoids and EGCG and Flavone C glycosides. Jasmine flowers are picked fresh and blended with green tea which absorbs the Jasmine fragrance. Organic Se Chung Oolong (Camellia sinensis) is a semi-fermented high grade Green tea, similar to Black tea, but the withering is much shorter and it is allowed to ferment only until the edges of the leaves are starting to turn brown. It has also a shorter fermentation period. Oolong has a delicate flavor and is best enjoyed when the leafs are briefly infused with hot water, which is than poured off. Tea is than re-infused with hot water and served after about one minute. This process may be repeated a few times, resulting in a brew of a different color.

Organic White tea (Camellia sinensis) Bai Mudan is a full leaf specialty of the Chinese province Fujian, where they harvest only the very top buds of the plant, than steam and dry it very fast, preserving the high concentration of  antioxidants. White teas can be traced to the Quing dynasty, which ruled in China around 1796.
