Organic Green Rooibos (Aspalathus linearis) is an export quality unfermented Rooibos, processed in special facilities to stop the rapid natural fermentation. Compared to regular fermented Rooibos, it contains considerably higher antioxidant values and is generally more protective against DNA damage. It is caffeine free and low in tannin, ithas a light, smooth and aromatic taste.
