Se Chu Oolong Tea
Organic Se Chung Oolong tea is semi-fermented tea, similar to our organic black tea, but the process of withering is much shorter, allowing fermentation only until the edges of leaves starting to turn brown.
Se Chung Oolong has also shorter fermentation period than other Oolong teas from the Fujian province of China, the place of the best Oolong teas. Se Chung Oolong has delicate flavor and it is best enjoyed when tea leaves are only briefly infused in hot water (about one minute) and the hot water is then poured off.
